how can we find out who this is or how t o report them?
they just keep calling and hanging up!

I just got a call on my cell from this number and it is traced to Alberta Canada.  There is an echo--I can hear me saying hello.  Some man that I could not understand kept saying something and I finally said I do not understand you and I think he said maybe I have the wrong number.  Speaks with an accent.

Called for "Julie" (no Julie here) said she was from Bonney Lake Pharmacy I told here not to call again

It's another telemarketer. Try this:1) You answer & no one is there: hit ###### many times in rapid succession (creates an even-spaced beep) and hang up; Machine may interpret that your number is bad and take you off the list. 2) You answer & get a sales pitch: say "please hold" and set the phone down till they hang up; If you always waste their time like this, they'd be stupid not to take you off the list.
