An Indian dude who has been calling me from various phone numbers.  He won't say who he is or where he's from.  He sounds soft-spoken on the phone when I say, "So and So doesn't live here.  You have the wrong number."  He's like, "Ok."  And without giving me a chance to tell him to stop calling me or take my number off his call list, he hangs up abruptly.
