I keep getting calls between 9-10AM almost everyday from a bunch of numbers, mostly from New York, and this Canadian area code.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone yesterday.  As soon as I answered, I heard someone speaking in a foreign language.  I hung up almost immediately.
