i\I missed a call from this # this morning. After reading through this, I think they've called me before too.

It was in Spanish but I could understand a bit, "Congratulations, your phone number has been chosen," I hung up and googled.

Received a call from this number. I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer it.  Area code is for Saskatchewan.  Reverse lookup reveals nothing.

I got this call at 11 am central.  Called it back too and it said call cannot be completed as dialed.  I specifically signed up for the do not call list so I am more than a little pissed that this happened.
