As others have said: there is NO such "animal" as "Federated Police of Canada" Sounds like this originates from Australia (Federal Police). Police Services NEVER call your number for funds. They are funded by municipal/federal/regional governments.

Called several times, the first time I answered, and no response so I hung up.  Haven't answered this # again.
