I think all this flow of numbers, can only come from the phone company itself, as you see them changing phone numbers, and there are a great many phone numbers of them. You could call your local authorities and complain. After you call them enough times they will contact the company and inform them of harassment.

Have been called twice now.  First time was a hang up, 2nd time I didn't get to the phone on time.  I'm on the DNCL.  Not impressed.  Thought it was a Saskatchewan relative.  Glad to know it's not.

They called us twice in a row at 9pm..... We screened and did not pick up. Then we checked this number online.... Found this site. Thank you for the heads up. We will never answer their calls now. C&C

they can call because fall under the research catagory thatand thus are not considered telemarketers

Got a call from these parasites today at 9:07 p.m. - caller said she was calling from something like "G.S.K. Research" ... so, I asked her what country she was calling from - she replied Canada, so I then asked if she normally phoned and bothered people at home after 9:00 p.m. ... to which she replied it was only 7:00 p.m. where she was calling from ... and then she asked if I was in Ontario ... to which I replied "YES!" and hung up.  It frosts my butt that some two-bit call centre from a different time zone has the gall to phone and harass me at home so late in the evening.  Now I'm going to go double-check and see what the CRTC rules are for telemarketers (i.e. I think there's a limit to how late they can phone ...)
