i received a call from this # today at about 5:30 (Toronto).
i didn't picked it up; it didn't even leave a message on my answering machine...

i've registered on the Do Not Call List Oct./Nov. 2008, but i still get all these annoying calls.

Called six times in a row, after I answered the first call.Is there a way to block this?

They don't give up.  They asked if I wanted to take a survey and I said no, but they keep calling!

Get selective call reject from your phone company and put this number in it.

Paul, the Do Not Call List is updated monthly. If you just registered on the DNCL, it will take up to a month for your numbe to appear. In the meantime, if you answer their call and tell them not to call you, they need to register your number internally in their own company's list and immediately cease calling. If they call again after you have spoken to soomeone from the same number, go on the DNL site and register your complaint.

I think all this flow of numbers, can only come from the phone company itself, as you see them changing phone numbers, and there are a great many phone numbers of them. The number is for;Norsask Consumer Interviewing Services LtdI don't know why they called but it is one of their numbers in SACK.You could call your local authorities and complain. After you call them enough times they will contact the company and inform them of harassment.
