they can call because fall under the research catagory thatand thus are not considered telemarketers

i received a call from this # today at about 5:30 (Toronto).
i didn't picked it up; it didn't even leave a message on my answering machine...

i've registered on the Do Not Call List Oct./Nov. 2008, but i still get all these annoying calls.

This number has called my home several times this week. They even called on Sunday afternoon. I have registered my phone number on the do not call list and they are still calling. Who are these people?

I think all this flow of numbers, can only come from the phone company itself, as you see them changing phone numbers, and there are a great many phone numbers of them. I live in New Brunswick now and I received a call from this number in Sask on my caller ID.  I was not home at this time and lived in Sask years ago and thought it might be an old friend calling but i looked up your site so now dont have to worry if the call was important. tks.

Have been called twice now.  First time was a hang up, 2nd time I didn't get to the phone on time.  I'm on the DNCL.  Not impressed.  Thought it was a Saskatchewan relative.  Glad to know it's not.
