Lady called me trying to get me to move my phone service back to Qwest.  She claimed all other phone companies in my area are just Qwest resellers which is bull.

Finally after many calls from this number somebody finally said something...it was a marketing company working for AT&T trying to pull a DSL upgrade scam on me..they tell you they are upgrading your speed for free..then you get your next AT&T statement and you see your DSL cost has gone up

Hung up after I answered

no one was there once I answered

now they peddling phone service...

mostly after the call,they hang up or no one on the other side..

They call twice a day and hang up when I answer.  *69 says that the number is not in service.  Really making me P.O'd
