Call at 0850 am on 8 Nov 10, from person ID'd as "" RICHARD KALER "" from this number.  When told wrong number, EXTREMELY PRESISTANT!  Claimed to be from ?CANADA BANK?.

This is MBNA Bank of Canada..... Initials stand for "Maine (state) Bank of North America...... US Based, with a Canadian subsidiary.   They offer clients $$$$$$$$$$ Credit cards with HUGE interest!!!!

It's MBNA Canada credit card. In my case, they were calling to check up to make sure I received the paper work that needed to be sent back to them to disput a credit charge. (I didn't hear the phone ring, and they DID leave a message instructing me to call back the MBNA Canada fraud department.) So, it's not ONLY for credit collections that they will call you from this number.

Call seems to be coming from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. I can't think of any legit firm besides Potash Corporation based here. Why would a call centre call someone who has never had any involvement with this firm, whoever they are? I haven't called this number back.
