It's MBNA Canada credit card. In my case, they were calling to check up to make sure I received the paper work that needed to be sent back to them to disput a credit charge. (I didn't hear the phone ring, and they DID leave a message instructing me to call back the MBNA Canada fraud department.) So, it's not ONLY for credit collections that they will call you from this number.

This is MBNA Bank of Canada..... Initials stand for "Maine (state) Bank of North America...... US Based, with a Canadian subsidiary.   They offer clients $$$$$$$$$$ Credit cards with HUGE interest!!!!

credit collector. they collect bad credit accounts from many of their clients; one of which is paypal.

Who the hell is MBNA Canada, from Manitoba? First time I got a call on my caller ID, with no message.
