I work there, this is legit and they are not asking for any personal information. Just surveying people based on the last interaction you had. There should be no concern as long as they don't ask for your info.

A call came saying he was from Conexus and had a few questions for me should only take a few mins. All I said was this is strange that I would have two calls the same day from the same place, he quickly said now was not a good time and he would call back?????? Hope he never calls back

It’s legit. It’s a third party survey company trying to get feedback on your recent dealing with your credit union. They only have the info the credit union sends. Result are given back to the credit union to help drive improvements.

because I was not home, and they don't answer right away , when you do pick up, they missed the fact that they were talking to my answering machine. They got annoyed when I obviously would not answer their question...quite funny actually...:-)

Really? they are 'legit'? Then why do they phone an answering machine and leave 40 seconds of dead air space on an answering machine. AND, I DID NOT ask for a survey SO STOP INVADING MY PERSONAL SPACE...

Got call from this Saskatoon number at 8pm person said they were with Greenwich associates doing a survey for Conexus. Sounded very sketchy.

It said it was from the Credit Union .I hung up .

It's a bank wanting you to do a survey . I answered but didn't have the time unfortunately !

Have only called once but answered and bad no reply and hung up. Getting annoyed that companies get my number that's not suppose to be out.

This number keeps calling and calling me but noone says a thing its getting rather annoying

Rang twice..I answered..said hello 3 times and they hung up..

Called my cell phone 7pm in Saskatoon. I answered after first ring, I said hello three times, just silence and the call disconnects after 1 second. Why have computers place calls for your business if you don't have staff to answer after it dials. Really annoying.

This number called me twice this evening. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Funny thing is my cell is a prepaid one which means its not listed anywhere. How they got my # is a mystery.

I just got a call from this number. I heard a lot of voices and other noise in the background. No response to me saying "hello." The call disconnected after only a few seconds.
