Got a call today, east Indian accent. Trying to sell lower interest rate on credit card. The number seems to be re-routed from somewhere else. He was rude and offensive

Never picked up, but according the above posters it must be spam/scam/fraud.

I just got a call from this same number and they left a message.
The message said it Lisa from my Credit Card Company and that I could reduce my interest rate to 6%.

To me is sound like a telemarketer

I received a call today at 16:15.As I was out, no one answer the phone, no message on my answering machine

they don't give up !
