they call to lower my credit on a credit card, but do not know what one i have.  i am on the dnc list, but they don't care. i ask to be removed from their list and they always hang up on me.  I have had about 6 calls this year and its mid feb!!!! they say they are not in Canada and not in the USA so the DNC does not pertain to them!

It's a huge scam. Do NOT give out any info to these dirty little rats. Just keep an air-horn handy for the next time they call... then press "9" to speak to an operator and just honk until they hang up. I guarantee they will not call back.Have a good day and be smart!!

Multiple calls per day for the last several days.  Finally spoke to a jerk who refused to give any information and kept playing stupid.  Lower your credit card rates SCAM.

Received a call from this number.  Unknown name on display. Hung up would not leave a mrssage.

Am in Toronto and they just called. Knew it was crap, so did not answer. I have found that if you let numbers ring at least 3 times,  auto dialed calls will simply disconnect, rather than waiting for a for voice mail to pick up. BTW, foreign call centres will 'spoof" Canadian area codes, so it appears they are local and therefore liable under the DNC list, when in fact it's a bogus area code and the 'real" number is probably in India or some such.
