Yeah, I noticed it on my phone bill as well, calls from July, August, and September.  I don't recognize the number and it was "out-of-service" when I called it as well.  I am going to call SaskTel to see what they have to say.

This number has been on my bill from August 2nd to August 14th and it says I call it and it charged me all together 19 minutes of long distance. When I called the number it said the number was not in service. My brother also got these chargesto his phone bill aswell.
