I just got this scam call 15 minutes ago. Fortunately, I was busy elsewhere so I just noticed the failed call on my cellphone.Can these turds be tracked down and stopped or even charged?

I have a number in area code 514, got this call saying that i'm a prefered bell canada client and won a prize... LOL I work for Bell Canada so I'll sent this for investigation.

they called claiming they were from Bell Canada and said I had qualified to win a trip to Cancun. He wanted crdit card info. Would not disclose who they were when I asked his name & the company name he hung up
