It just rings 3 times and then stops.

I'm pretty sure it's Sick Kids Hospital calling either regarding a donation if you've made one or trying to get you back to donate again, or some other reason.  It was on my home phone, I don't have call answer, but I looked it up on another site and they said it was Sick Kids Foundation.
