I just got this call too.. I didn't bother to answer it though. They called once before and we knew it had something to do with energy. I just get sick and tired of these telemarketer phone calls.

Caller claimed to be representing an energy survey they wanted me (homeowner) to complete.
I asked why there were calling me as my number is on the National Do Not Call Registry.
They claimed they could call as they were not selling anything.
I asked if that b.s. story worked for them because it certainly did not work for me.
I asked them never to call my phone number again and hung up.

I hope they call when I am home I just bought a 115 Db emergency  whistle they can listen to.

Sunday Sept.1,2012; call display shows "H E R" as the caller! Who or what the hell is this? On a Sunday to boot! How effective is the National Do Not Call List? You tell me!.
