(289) 378-3504 called my Wind Mobile Smartphone twice. Added 2893783504 to my smartphones Reject List by going to "Phone", "Logs", the held my finger down on "2893783504" and waited for a menu to pop up and selected "Add To Reject List". Problem solved.I have a Samsung Galaxy S4.
