I got a call from this number also...i heard someone talking but could not make it out....then they hung up

They called today. ID Unavailable, asking about some name - probably former owner. Told them, they've  wrong number and hanged up. Usually, I don't answer "unavailable" callers anyway, but this one was a new on my "suspicious number list", which comes without proper ID. If someone is hiding their identity - it is usual scam in 99% cases;

There was no one there when I answered the phone.

some guy with Pakistani/Indian accent offers some deals; Usual scam.
