Trying to find out who owns this phone number.

WeedMan calls several times a week and hangs up on my machine eventhough I (and my husband)have spoken with them several times already telling them I will not be needing their services. They called twice the other night (we spoke once long enough to say "no thank you") and they left another hang-up on my machine today. There were several hang-ups last week. Two recent calls this weekend and both times they hung up on the machine. Today I picked it up. A weird murmur, then nothing. Couldn't tell if anyone was on the line anymore, so warned them I was hanging up. Blocked the number.

The call display for (289) 278-1034 shows Weedman Canada and I understand it is a franchise. The calls from them are irritating.
