Tele marketers  when you call # back it just hangs up

i have goten my phone bill i have to pay $ 10,000. to ball canada some one has tap in to my phone. i ran the number it come up to be in canada but runs to over sea. the bum f*** from the east that make cars that go booooom that kill are military boys.
