I keep getting these calls from California, US. But they don't answer or leave a message. What's ever a bigger kick in the but is I don't know anyone from there. What gives???

this number calls me about 6 times a day, leaves a message but it doesnt say anything and after a few seconds hangs up, its been going on for a couple weeks now... anyone know who it is??
