I called the number back and it is "Accelerated Savings" in Victoria, BC, Canada. http://acceleratedsavings.com/ gives a Florida company with a toll free number: 1-+1 888-351-2551

Calls and hangs up when answered, or calls and hangs up when answering machine comes on.

Sent us a handwritten letter stating that they wanted to buy our house and for us to give them a call.  The lady that answered the phone had an american accent.
