Same exact thing... I have message manager and the message is blank.  If you're a SaskTel subscriber you can use Selective Call Reject.. *60 to reject specfic phone numbers... the telco answers the call and plays a recording that the call is rejected (you can do this for up to 12 numbers).

i called this number back after i got home from work. it's was a voice mail but the lady's mail box was full. it said it was excellarated savings. i don't deal there as i live in Saskatchewan.

phoned at 9:36 am PST. No message.
