We too got a shifty looking note saying a Susan Ferreira would like to buy our house with this number. It was on yellow foolscap and on first glance looked handwritten. On second glance was computer generated. Has anyone responded to this person?

We got a letter in the mail from this Susan Ferreira stating she would also like to buy our house. I'm guessing this is her business.
