This is a way to avoid the no call list..they are hoping that you call the number back and then you will hear a recording for lower interest rates or magic jack  stuff you don't care about..don't call..

Who is this calling and why , I have 1 number from Canada on my reject list and now I have another number from Canada

I just got a call from this number.  It was the classic recorded " final warning about your credit card rating".  I decided to stay on the line.  It clicked through 2 different connections, when it wass answered, i told them I am on the Do Not Call registry and to take my number out of the call cycle and they hung up on me!!!!  How ironic, I usually hang up on them
