I just got a call from this number to my cell.  Dead air.  Won't be answering again.

This guy must be a hacker because he knew what bank I was with. The problem with this guy is he is not professional in what he does. Any telemarketing outlet would have fired him the very first day as he did not have the proper skills to engage a potential client. he is not with any bank (at least not my bank). If you do decide to engage this person, please listen carefully and you will see the hastiness in his breathe as he reads through his script, His speach pattern is garbled, and is very persistant. You can choose to engage him at your own risk just remember - All acct. info is already within a database when your financial institution or rep thereof so do not hand any information out whatsoever. we keek getting calls from this number what we wll need to do is report it you do knows thes calls are Ileagle and the person can go to jail for this so how maney are with me or how maney are just to scared

It is a Skype router number. I have a friend from Taiwan who called me using his Skype number and this number shows up on call display.

This # showed up on my call display.  I let the answering machine get it.  Turns out it was a call from friends in Germany.  Must be a router number.
