Aviawest Is not a scam, I know this and I'm 100% sure, cause I work there.I found It hard to believe, although they are persistant and may often annoy you.If you take the time to actually not be stubborn and listen then you'll see that you actually will recieve 2 out of 5 gifts and they're excellent gifts just for attending a presentation.YES, Timeshares are mentioned.It's all on you If you actually want to purchase them.Don't be so narrow minded and actually take a few mins. to listen, It would be illegal to say otherwise on the phone.Whoever said that things never come free Is b***s***, cause' I've built myself from the ground up on free s**t almost.

I am being hassled about this right now.  I refused to pay my aviawest account after they said I could cancel my contract and continued billing me.Today I got a call from there collection branch and they are threatening to take me court for the 14K I owe.Who is a good lawyer for dealing with this?Any advice?

I never entered into any draw and apparently I still "won" a Lexus. Total scam use your head don't ever give personal information out over the phone, next time they call simply tell them to remove your number from there list and legally they have to. If they don't you can report them! Don't be naive nothing in this world is ever free, if it is there are always strings attached!

Received message for George or Gail stating that we had recently entered our name for a chance of winning a car and they wanted us to take part in a new draw for another chance.Recently was an understatment as Gail passed away 8 years ago.  I would not trust these people.

This number is from Avia west, they are telling you that you have a chance to win a lexus, and you have 2 out of 5 prises to claim, you just need to show up for their 1.5 hr presentation in victoria at the parkside victoria resort and spa on humbolt st and just listed to it and then spread the word about there business, except, they forgot to mention that they will badger you to purchase a time share and you only have a chance of winning  a prize after you buy something!!!What a scan to pray on people like that.web site iswww.avaiwest.com/lexus
