Just called Surrey, BC. Telus seems responsible for allowing this number. Complaints should be put to Telus.

When I talked to someone telling them to put me on their do not call list the just hang up. These people are a pain.  Credit card company.

"Last chance to lower your interest rate on your credit czrd debts"  Woman with E.Indian or similar accent, says name is 'Clare", refuses to give the number for address rom which she is calling "Not authorized", but claims the credit company she is clling from is authorized by MasterCard and Visa.Hung up when asked for address etc.This is a repetitive nuisance call, and probably a scam.
