receive a call from this nb whit nobody talkinn

Continue getting these calls from this number and today I pressed 1 to speak to an agent. He asked what credit card I wanted a reduced rate on and I told him he should know because he's the one who called me. It didn't take long and the call got ugly with profanity from boths sides and then he had the gull to tell me to quit waisting his time!!! I'm thinking of disconnecting my land line because those are the only calls that come through that line and most friends/family will call my cell #.

Nuisance calls from this number over the last few weeks. Different versions of same mundane scams.

Just received yet ANOTHER call from (250) 453-2289...Obnoxiously annoying. Funny, when you attempt to call them back to have them "remove" your number from their calling list, you get the "The number you have dialed is no longer in service" message. SCAM!

There is a handsome technician in communication (the one who installs your new telephone line at home). He is ~6 foot tall. He is a rapist and a serial killer. His mother is French Canadian and his father is Greek. If you receive calls without any speaking, be careful, you are his next victim. The day, he will ring at your door, DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR. Do not use your phone; you will not have the line because he might disconnect it. Use your cell.

P.S. Those calls have nothing to do with your credit or telemarketing. He stands in communications room, connects his phone and uses the line (250) 453-2289 or others lines in Montreal, one in Toronto or one in Florida. No policeman can catch him.

How do I get rid of this caller I am on the DNC list it costs me on my cell and calls are made to my home also

Getting calls from this number -and MANY others- multiple times a week and sometimes more than once a DAY, always no one on the line, hangs up after 110 seconds. Clearly a spoofed number seeing as there's no service when trying to call back. Getting fed up with these a**holes. Filed multiple complaints with the CRTC but I doubt they'll do anything about it.

Constantly receive calls/pre-recorded messages from this number about credit card interest rates..... telemarketing scam promising to reduce your credit card interest rates. Seems impossible to talk to anyone at the other end ... when you question what they want, they hang up. PLEASE STOP THIS UNSOLICITED MARKETING.

Wanted to lower interest rate on credit card I asked him where he was calling from told me from the States I knew he was LYING cause area code is from BC I called him every name I could lay my tongue on including a slithering excuse for a human being if this was the only way he could make a living is conning people and I wanted him off my planet - Where the **** is the police - why ain't our useless politicians doing something to get rid of these pieces of ****

Have received several calls. I have call display so if I don't recognize a # I don't answer. I figure if it's important they will leave a message. This doesn't amend the fact that I find these types of calls very annoying. Telus needs to implement a feature to accounts so that we can block specific callers.
