thsi number keeps calling me saying i need to lower my credit card rate and i do not have a credit card .It is obviously a telemarketing agency

Pre-recorded message about how lowering your credit card rates relates to the financial stimulus...now way to opt out of the call.  They say something about it being the last and final call...funny because they called 2 of our business phone lines at the same exact time.  ICK.
