I have been receiving calls from this number on my cell - they never leave a message and when I answer there is noone there.

Male called and said from CIBC Bank and said wanted to help me find ways of lowering my costs. When I refused to give info and told him that CIBC states on their website that they will NEVER call and ask for personal info, the gentlemen became rather angry. I then said good evening and hung up. SCAM. Never give out personal info over the phone.
