I've been getting threatening calls from this company "ncir" with different phone numbers. One time I called back and the guy i spoked to couldn't even speak proper english however he asked for my sin number. Also he said that I owe 1800 for using hbc credit card that I never had in my life. I use different bank. So I insisted I never had hbc credit card in my life. Then the guy hang up first.

Claiming that a mandate has been filed against me which requires my immediate attention. Also claiming that it is in my best interest to return call before end of day today at 1-+1 800-588-40244 and that they will be forced to proceed with action.  My first alert was the 1-800 number... seriously?  It is sad that this play upon fear is being used by humans toward humans.  Why do we chose to be so unkind to each other?  Greed has made us very evil.  So sad. I pray for those human beings who have put this sad tactic into play to steal peace and dollars from those who are trusting, caring and taking care to bee kind and loving and respectful of each other in the world.Truth will always triumph, (250) 412-3983 creators will fall, the untruthful always do.

Pretty sure these are the jack***es that keep phoning my number for someone else that just doesn't live here, but they won't take no for an answer.

I've been getting calls from a number which never leaves a voicemail. I phoned it back in case it had something to do with work. The person refused to identify what company it was, said his name was "Jose (indecipherable)" and started yelling at me saying I owed money to the Bay : about $3100.  I had a card from HBC 18 years ago with a limit of $500, after becoming disabled I tore it up. There is no possible way I owe any money to them unless my identity has been stolen. I said this to "Jose" he said he had my credit report. I said, fine, this is a case of identity theft, I will contact the credit report agencies and fix the issue. He started yelling that I DID owe the money and kept yelling. When he finally took a breath I said I will not speak to anyone who is verbally abusive, he started yelling again and hung up on me!I do not owe any credit agency money. I've only used cash for years. I have no idea how he got my cell number as it is supposed to be private. I've received no paper/mail. Obviously I will be making sure I have not been the victim of identity theft, however I highly doubt anyone using my name could have gotten a credit card worth thousands of dollars considering I've been on permanent disability since 2000.

Well same story happened with me, and I question them after reading this forum and they mention they are "Collection Services Company" got their website as well "www.ncri.ca" I got the call next day I got my new sim card number, So I conclude that number was belong to someone who have bad credit history ... so same story could happen with everyone,  people with bad credit history keep changing their numbers!
