The Saanich police in greater Victoria say this number is associated with telephone fraud.

I got a call from it too, but it stopped ringing before I answered.

Just had a call from recorded lady's voice, based in QUE, doing a short survey.  I hung up after a few seconds.  This was on my unlisted cell phone too.

Be careful about blocking this number.  Sometimes it is a telemarketing call, but other times it is legitimate -- my doctor's office called and left me a message using this number.  The provider is Allstream, I'm guessing it may be some type of VOIP provider or other telephone service provider.

GOt a call to a fax line from this number.  No fax came through.

Just received a call, it was a woman speaking what sounded like Chinese.  After trying to figure out what she was saying I said "Sorry I only speak English" and she said "sorry" and hung up.

Just received call from this #. If I don't hear a response within 1 second I hang up.  Hardly ever get callbacks as this is a computer generated calling service.  Hopes this helps
