A crazy old pedophile in Canada. Asked if my 11 year old daughter had big tits. Very creepy. Number is traced to Karol Madera, 3040 Tillicum Rd., Saanich, BC V9A 2B3. Called the police. Seems to be a fraud/scammer/military impostor preying on kids and the elderly. Caution!
