Did the survey, got the call today that I had won a daily prize... They insist that someone has to drop the prize off in person, and that my spouse and I both be home - for the 'secuity and safety' of their staff... Right...So, I told them it was too much of a hassle for us to schedule a time when we'll both be home.

This sounds exactly like a company I worked for a few years ago. It probably is the same seeing as they changed their name yearly. I was one of the people who made the phone calls. Each of the phone girls were handed a photocopy of some sort of census information they got at the library and instructed to call anyone listed as "retired" The older and more unable to understand what you are saying the better. The object being 'get the salesman into the house by any means necessary' At that time they were giving away a knife set valued at over $100. The knives were purchased at the dollar store. Once the census sheets had been exhausted we were given the phone book to cold call and say they had answered a survey (the majority of people never had taken the survey but we were told to say that someone else in their household must have answered it) and won a prize that will be delivered along with a brief presentation of a vacuum. So to those who think that asking to have their names removed from the database: there is no database, don't hold your breath. One lunch break I was sitting with a salesman who just told me of his latest sale: The elderly woman had no idea what was going on so he found her checkbook and had her sign a check to buy the vacuum. "And I didn't even have to waste my time on a demo" he told me laughing. Needless to say I quit after 3 days. DON'T WORK FOR THEM. DON''T BUY FROM THEM.

I would really like to talk to the low life,bottom dweller,who made the mistake of taking a lot my mother's limited income.I belive they got her phone number from my x mother in-law, lorraine's mom as stated above.They came to mom's house with some real song and dance about being a needing student of some kind. It was said because of age she needed a air cleaner so she could expect to live a lot longer. I feel this is a total scam, the air cleaner has not been used and it is maybe a 100.00's worth of plastic not 1500.00. I will not let this go. I am going to dig into this real deep and do some real good advertising (NOT THE GOOD STUFF) for them.B.B.B and the R.C.M.P. have been spoken to already and thats just the start.
