Called but didn't leave message.

I think its someone from Visa...or so they say,....offering something in regards to slashing interest. It was very hard to get it due to the gentlemans accent. The background noise was loud and not very professional sounding.

Have called a few times but hang up.

Just got a call from this number.  The man that phoned had an accent and was in a noisy location so it was hard to hear all he said.  He was calling in regards to my credit card and knew my name and that I always paid on time.  He was trying to offer me a lower interest rate but when he asked me for my cards expiry date I told him I wasnt interested and hung up on him.
