SCAM - 1-(250) 324-8131 . when i answered there was a recorded message regarding lowering credit card interest rates. At the end of the message there were 2 options:  press1 to speak to an agent press2 to decline further calls. I selected 2 and receive a message 'that is an invalid option' so i pressed 1. A very heavily accented man started asking me questions. i told him that i had selected option 1 to decline further contact but it did not work. He replied that it would cost me $50 to be removed from his call list. i challenged him about who he worked for and got nothing but evasive answers. when i asked him for his phone number he asked why and i said i was going to report him he said 'well, now i am never going to give you my number.' there was more to the conversation but it is included in a report to the police.

More garbage calls--WE WANT YOUR MONEY--garbage--spam etc.

Received call. It was a machine telling me they could reduce my credit card interest rate to 6.9%.
Did not say which card.
I hung up.

This number called, we don't answer unfamiliar numbers...no message was left.Yes, probably scam

Got another call from (250) 324-8131 and heard the typical scam recorded message asking me to press 1 or 2...hung up...again, but I am getting sick and tired of this scum of the earth trying to squeeze money from people. I live for the day that authentic commmunications companies around the world can hone in on these parasites and round them up for swift justice.

Ya just got a call from this number, no message, I assume a scam or telemarketer.
