I have been receiving calls from 250-260- 3907 and just dead air. I won't answer and going to notify the BB& Shaw & RCMP

This happened not moments ago.

I was asleep, as I work nights, and my cell rang and so I rushed to pick up thinking it was my boss or my elderly father calling me for something and no, it was these people.

Me: "Hello?"
Them: "Is Dave there?"
Me: "I'm sorry?"
Them: "Is this Tina?"
Me: No, but this is Nin-"
Them: -click-

I intend to call them back. If there are lulz to be had I will update.

I of course, got a hang up voice mail today at 11 a.m.  When I googled it I found this website.  I called +1 800-446-2095 one of the phone numbers listed above and asked the person that answered if (250) 260-3907 was affiliated with her company and it was infact.  I asked her (Amy Herbus w/SQM Group) if she had any idea that that phone number is causing 100's of 1000's of people great grief and aggravation.  She said she didn't know it.  I asked her to google the number and if anyone in her company did and she said no.  She said they are a survey company.  I told her that I expect my number to be taken off all of her company's call lists and if I EVER receive another phone call from them I WILL report them to the FCC, and I will give them her name and the name of her company and the text of our conversation...I don't take nicely to telemarketers AT ALL!!!!!!!

November 19, 2007.November 19, 2007I get these calls too.  They are from SQM (Service Quality Measurement Group).Check out their website.  They are supposed to represent a bunch of companies.To get off the calling list call 1-+1 800-446-2095.Remember to ask that you be put on the Do Not Call List for ALL companies that they are AFFILIATED with.I also get calls from 310-455-6048 and 310-455-8061 check these numbers out because the posts have all the information you need.

just received the 2 phone calls today from this phone number

I registered with the National DO NOT CALL List and I still get annoying calls.  This one is a real p****off, never say a damn word when I answer the phone, don't ever leave a message and when you call it back there is no answer.  I even have Call Privacy on my line and they still get through....
