they keep calling my number and no answer ,i phone back say number not in server

Man with foreign accent told me he was from Microsoft and that my computer was at risk because of some threat I apparently downloaded from the internet. He told me to go to a specific website so he could help me fix the threat. I believe this to me some sort of a scam so I hung up on him.
