Have no clue who this is..But they called me saying I qualified for a $1500 smart loan..The guy was awful persistent and was not friendly when I told him..I had a checking acct and a dollar in the acct. I need to know if this is a scam..Also if it was important they would of left a voice mail..They didn't so it was no important..Stupid telemarkters.
