out of area - researched the number, caller may be from Canada - British Columbia (Vancouver) - caller blocked, what unknown company/person calls at 8pm?!

I won't resort to using bad language but I have many words for this _ _ _  hole who calls my house every hour.He calls every day.  I asked him to stop calling - to take me off of his call list - and he told me (with his stupid accent)that if I'd give him $100 he'd stop calling.Isn't there a way I can report him to the police?

Have received 4 calls from this number.  The lady then might say something will hang up and then it is like my phone is in use.  I can't use the phone.
