I did not pick up my landline phone.

The number called.
And left no message.

I have received 2 phone calls from this number in the same day. They did not leave a message, so I assumed it was telemarketers. I have tried to use "reverse lookup" to find out who the number is registered to but do not get a name. The number is from Manitoba though.

I just got off the phone with BMO and they informed me that this # (204) 975-3302 has nothing to do with BMO just call +1 877-225-5266 anyone who has a BMO acc should call them

I get a call from this number. The lady knew my full name. She said she was from Bank of Montreal and were conducting some sort of customer satisfactory survey....She thought I was stupid.

The lady knew my full name and said she was "Calling on behalf of BMO and wanted me to do a Customer Satisfaction Survey." Really what she wants is for you to give her more information about yourself. Just tell the person who calls "That you will never give personal info over the phone and if they call back again you're going to report their number to the police." Then hang up without letting them respond. That's what I did and they've stopped calling me. I hope it works for you guys to! Sorry there are so many pathetic people in the world that will spend all day trying to scam someone and but would never think twice about earning their money legitimately.

It has nothing to do with ISIS, or any terrorists.

3 calls today, 4 yesterday. I don't answer, they don't leave a message.  Now added to my "reject" list.  So much for the "don't call" list.
