I did not pick up my landline phone.

The number called.
And left no message.

I have received 2 phone calls from this number in the same day. They did not leave a message, so I assumed it was telemarketers. I have tried to use "reverse lookup" to find out who the number is registered to but do not get a name. The number is from Manitoba though.

This is simple BMO following up on either a phone call or a branch visit to ask you how their employees treated them, and "do you have any suggestions on how BMO can improve their customer satisfaction ranking."

I received a call this evening from the lady I called back after I called my bank and said they had no record of them placing any call to me got the answering machine and told them I was submitting this number to the police

Just got this phone call is looking for my brother. This lady did not leave message but keep asking when my brother's home so she can call back. I ask for what purpose, then she hang up the phone.

These people are scam artists not legitimate debt collectors. They try to wear you down and scare you. They have been threatening legal action for over 6 months now. If they were on the level, they would have taken legal action  a long time ago. Change your number and block all calls from this one and others from which you will also receive calls. If you can get help from a government consumer protection agency, try that as well. These creeps need to be prosecuted.
