keeps phoning buts leaves no message 7 days a week

I m receiving calls from this number at ll hours of the ay and night and when I don't answer, they hang up and call baack teo or three times. They are very persistent. Is there a wy to block the calls or is there somewhere where I can report this and have omething done about it?

Calls several times a day. Relentless...I’ll never pick up their call...what will it take to make them move on??

Calls everyday, yet never leaves a message on voicemail. Feels even shadier after reading what other have said about this Winnipeg, Manitoba number. Thanks.

I get their calls 5 times a day. When I picked it up, they hang up. I called back to request removal my # off their list twice, but that didn't work. They called me more often! I'm using ATT, is there anyway to block this #?

we've been receiving call from this # on my cell and home phone . Manitoba comes sometimes on id, but we don't know who they are or what do they want, never leave a message, just keep calling, we are just tired of companies calling. We just decided not to answer phone # that we don't recognize.

Constantly calling but I don't answer - if my voicemail kicks in there a a long pause and then it clicks off.

They called here a couple of times, on my unlisted phone number. I don't give this number to _anyone_ who isn't either family or a close friend. I have two other numbers (published & cell) that I use for all business purposes. I let it go to the answering machine since we don't know anyone in Manitoba. They didn't leave a message. If this is a market research company, then it's even more puzzling. I understand random/robot dialers may reach unlisted numbers, but researchers should have a carefully selected list. If they are truly doing research, the "do not call" list doesn't apply, but it does make it appear that AT&T is selling lists that include unlisted numbers.
