They called 3 times this evening. No message.

Got a call from a man who said he was from some educational research company. I interupted him before he finished and told him we were on the National "Do Not Call" list. He proceeded to tell me the don not call list doesn't apply to them. I interrupted again and told him to NOT call us again and slammed the phone down. The only dalls allowed on "Do Not Call" are political and charity calls. I am so sick of these calls like this. The caller ID indicated it was from MAnitoba and the number was 1 (204) 949-3108

Don't know why someone in Canada would call us in Oregon......bizarre.  They call and call and never leave a message.
