Maybe they have moved it to Canada to get out of the USA regulations for "do not call" list enforcement.
Can't these folks learn - we do not want your call!!

It is a call centre that calls on behalf of a number of organizations. I received a call from this number today asking me to book a service appointment with a car dealership.

I also have gotten calls all week, no message. I answered it once and no one said anything. Callback message sounds like "San Diego, do not leave message"

I have receive a phone call about a car dealer shp to call the service line, about a 2010 Neon. They were asking for me I said she was not home. What a joke.
