Received a call this evening from the same number.  I believe if it was a legitimate Government number they would have left a message on the answering machine.  As soon as the answering machine did its thing, the caller hung up.  From experience I agree that 945- is usually a Government number.

Missed call from this number called it back and its a Charmaine DeVries? 945 is usually government.
