unfortunately, these low lifes and many more (charities, political parties, researchers, surveryors, newspapers, scumbag - scammers) are exempt from the DNC list - go figure!actually, the scumbag -scammers are not exempt but they use the lists to call you and me anyway.I am making a list of all the losers that call me and placing by my phone.

I constantly get calls from this number. when i answer they hang up.here is some more info regarding it.the company is called basstel ltd.an alternate number you can call where they answer is : (204) 927-2277

We receive a call from (204) 927-2271 exactly twice a day.  Once in the afternoon and again at 9PM (EST).  Every single f****ng day.If you answer, there is only dead air / silence.  If you dial that number, it only rings with no answer.Does anyone know WTF is up with these people ?
