just receive that same call.   Apparently the guy is calling from London. couldn't understand the company name but i understood he was from microsoft.  He told me that i had a spam in my computer and no antivirus could detect it ! he gave me a phone # and a name : Daniel William employee # 418 and phone # (204) 800-2612

A computerized voice called talking something about frausd. I don't remember if they said my name, but they asked that I call the number back.When I did it said I needed a metro PCS calling card to get through. I called from another number and it just rang.

i too got a call from impcsupport, but mine is a complete different story. Well, i got a call from a man who said he a technician and will show me the faults and errors in my computer. He was very humble and polite and was good cultured , he then asked me to open my computer and told me that my computer was infected with bad and harmful files that were causing slow speed of my computer. the man from impcsupport said he'll guide me to delete those files and with the help of few software he repaired my computer. its been quite a long that my computer is working good and i am happy with the services delivered to me.Thank You impcsupport.
