This is the phone number that will appear from all phone calls made from Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, MB
This phone line cannot receive phone calls, for privacy reasons the actual phone #s will not appear on the caller ID. Some telephones will not accept phone calls from blocked phone numbers so this is why this phone number is the default # you will see.

Yeah this is an HSC number which does not take incoming calls. Scammers probably know this, so they clone this number in the off chance you are waiting for a call from HSC.

The HSC has no reason to call YOU specifically just to hang up on you, so it's probably a scammer.

I received a hangup message on my answering machine and looked up the number (204) 775-0055 on the internet.

One hit says it's Bell-MTS (which wouldn't get my business if it were the last phone company on Earth). Another hit brought me to this site. But the hospital has no reason to call me. So which entity — if either — is behind the call?

This is most definitely the Health Sciences Centre outgoing call number. It's a no-reply number, so you'll have to listen to the message they leave if you missed it.
If you get something sketchy from this number, it was probably a scammer spoofing it.

It is a HSC number - if you are waiting for an appointment they are calling to get in touch with you - or this why the number called me - 1st time no message 2nd time I answered and that is was it was

just got the call today at 10:40 on June 8th, 2020 it was a foreign lady that sounded like she might be filipino asking for someone called HeySan

Called me on June 7, 2020 at 3:24 am and then later that day at 3:00pm. Seems like a bot number or some sort of scam. Not answering it.

Phone rang exactly once and hung up before I could answer. Called back immediately and a robot said this number doesn't accept return calls.

It’s health science centres outgoing call number

Caller called 7 times in a row over a period of 4 minutes. One message was left on my voicemail, and was not a proper message, sounded faintly like a 20 year old indigenous girl faintly talking to someone in the background. Really hard to make out and no name, call back number or message left.

Prank call from trouble maker!

Keeps calling multiple times a week on my old phone number I still get messages from the number to my email and they are all hang ups

The caller asked to speak to someone with the same name of a missing woman in the city, with an uncommon name

they call and call and hang up as soon as you answer. No reason for me to getcall from them

This number called and refused to leave a message, just said that they'd call back later on in the evening.  I have no clue what they're calling in regards to either, and would love to know.

Well I have a sore right rib for over a month. This number called me for an appointment.(grace hospital wanted me to go to hsc for my rib problem to see if its something to do with my muscle) She said she will send a letter out for my appointment date and time. Called this morning to HSC, they don't have a musle spealest there. Plus looked on their home page and this 775-0055 number is not on the site. Thankx a lot, fake appointment and arg....
