It was MTS.  I called back to tell them that I do not wish to be "notified of offers" by phone and that if this continues, I will switch to a telephone provider that respects its customers' time.  Just because I already do business with a company does not mean that I think it is okay for them to make unsolicited nuisance calls that waste my time, even if it is actually legal.  We are already bombared with garbage advertising - I would like to have some peace and quiet in my own home, thank you very much.
