This number keeps coming up on my phone and I want to know who it belongs to, I answered it and I got billed for 1 minute of long distance time on my phone bill.The number is 202-494-8982 from Washington DC

Just called me. If I don't recognise the number I don't answer. No message left on answer machine.

I don't know this number, it is unknown.  This phone number also showed up on a friends phone aswell.

Called again today.  Next time, I think I will answer to see if there is anyone there and tell them where to go.
